Products I Can’t Live Without

Kindle

I recently retired my library and exclusively began read on a kindle.  My addiction to it’s size, user experience and text has turned my library of physical books into an aesthetic piece.  If you want to get addicted to what Warren Buffet, Bill Gates and many of the best thinkers say is the single most important habit which determines someones success, get one.

Fitbit

I can’t recommend a Fitbit enough.  If you’ve been on the fence, it’s basically the force function to ensure you monitor your physical activity, weight and food macros at a minimum.  Having the data in front of me at all times, with the physical reminder on my wrist made this a game-changer.

Fitbit Scale

I use this to jump on the scale daily and love it for it’s sleek design and regular monitoring of my body fat % which is my personal #1 metric.

Books that shape my thinking

(Coming Soon)

Reading is extremely important to me.  I read every single morning as the first thing I do for at least 45 minutes, often going up to 90.  And I read at night for at least thirty minutes.  I credit books for shaping who I am and how I think.
